Staff working in this chain of hotel must speak English as well as their language!

Property is located on the edge of the sea.. Views from the room were amazing

It’s far from the city center. No restaurants or cafes nearby. Quiet place.

Feels like a 4-star at best not worth the value.

Very disappointing for a DoubleTree. Unfriendly service, missing basic amenities (no tissues, toothpaste, loofahs), and our king room was replaced with mismatched beds. Café staff reluctant to serve, famous double tree cookies given only when they felt like it. Breakfast egg station staff frowned if you requested a custom order. Feels like a 4-star at best not worth the value.

Aircondation not cold and buffet breakfast same all time. And bed not comfertable and staff when ask information not alwayes helpfull

Very bad experience, I will never stay Hilton anymore. Waste of money.

Not Hilton standard, infrastructure is not maintained at all. Shower was broken, hair dryer was damaged, bad smell etc.

I guess the only good thing I could say was the breakfast. There’s a lot of options and everything tastes good. If you’d like other options they provide it as well. Additionally the restaurant as well, the food tastes good and has good value.

Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. I had high expectations for this hotel, but my experience was quite underwhelming.First, there’s a noticeable lack of basic amenities that should have been provided. The spa floor was particularly disappointing due to the staff being excessively loud. I’m not sure why yelling is considered acceptable to communicate when we clearly understand English. It was unnecessary and uncomfortable.The restaurant staff also left a poor impression. Every time we spoke, they would make strange or rude facial expressions. I understand English might not be their first language, but that doesn’t excuse unprofessional behavior or gestures.When we first checked in there were a lot of mosquitos in the room and the balcony was closed, it just seemed lack of cleanliness. Another issue was the location. It’s a bit far from the main areas you’d want to visit, which made getting around more inconvenient than expected.All in all, this hotel just felt incredibly average. I expected more, and I left feeling somewhat disappointed.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast is super.Free on site free parking .Special thanks to Ms. Awatif for making our stay very pleasant.

There is no dinner buffet in this 5 star hotel! Also the breakfast is good but not in the level of the 5 start hotels I stayed in although it was the best breakfast I took in north Turkey after staying in multiple hotels.They don't have 3 beds room with seaview.

I liked the facility, staff and their great breakfast and dislike the location. It would be better to have a hotel that is nearer to the center

The location is alittle bit away from the down town and main attractions.You need to rent a car or taxi to get to the city's down town.The sea view is amazing but i could not understand the random shelters on the beach behind the hotel!

The people there from the minute I reserved made everything they could to make my stay comfortable.Especially Filiz the customer care responsible person who arranged everything for me.Also Sude andErdol in the reception were very welcoming and cheerful and helped me.

Everything was going well and we liked everything.

Very nice space, with quite good breakfast. Overall satisfied with our stay there. Spa and swimming pool could be better.They made very taste Turkish coffee for us during breakfast.

They were always ready to assist and made sure that my needs were met without being overly intrusive. The convenient location, good food, and pleasant staff make it a comfortable place to stay. I would consider returning on my next trip to the city.

I was disappointed with the **health club** facilities. The equipment in the gym was quite old and in need of an upgrade. Additionally, the **swimming pool** was cold as the heater was not working during my stay, which made it less enjoyable. The **Turkish bath** also did not meet my expectations, as it felt quite outdated and didn’t offer the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

Great experience staying in the hotel. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast was also very good . The staff service are excellent ?. We are very happy . Good swimming pool and turkish hamam

The location of the hotel was great! It was right on the Black Sea and a perfect view every morning. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. The breakfast had great variety and everything was fresh and tasted great!Staff were very diligent with cleaning and overall, the experience was terrific. I would do this again!

- The location. - the view from our rooms - breakfast was awesome - the gym is 24hours - employees are friendly and helpful, some names to mention: Cemal, Ozgur, Yunus, from front desk and bell team. Hamza, Anil, Abdulrahman and all the chefs from F&B/kitchen

- housekeeping’s attention to details was inconsistent during room cleaning. Sometimes it felt like they only changed the towels and soap bars but didn’t really wash/clean the bath tubs and sinks properly. The bathroom floor was sometimes dirty even after turndown. - I didn’t like that we could only ask once for water to be replenished in the room. If you ask more than once it’s chargeable. I’ve never seen that in any other 5 star property. - the spa only had a female therapist. I was hoping to find a male therapist as well as I’m more comfortable with male therapists - the gym should have a system where a guest can use their room key to open the gym at any time without having to ask front desk to send someone to open it. It’s faster and more convenient that way for the guest.
